I pride myself on delivering the best quality and experience for my clients, whilst providing outstanding leadership to the teams I work with. I have over 20 years’ experience working with large corporate agencies and companies, as well as supporting smaller, more boutique brands.
Having spent the last 11 years as the Creative Director of Appfly Ltd, I have
significant studio experience, leading projects from start to finish, managing large budgets, and ensuring I exceed client objectives. I enjoy coaching junior and midlevel designers, identifying and nurturing talent, and making sure the team delivers on budget and on time.
With a strong background and passion in both technical and creative fields, I am able to provide a well-rounded approach to any project. I am a problem solver,

Design Director (2014 - Present)
Design Lead (2012 - 2014)
- Appfly is a multi-disciplined agency working with companies and agencies on all aspects of digital products.
- Responsible for bringing in new business and managing client relationships.
- Extensive experience in consultancy, facilitating all aspects of digital design, UX and production, including creative and innovative websites for B\B and B\C.
- Well versed in coaching and mentoring junior and mid-level designers to work to a brief and deliver against key project objectives.
- Wide and long-standing client base including; Brand Brewery, DHL, Perkbox, NHS Property Services, David Haye, Samsung, Temple Music.
- Supporting the Perkbox Marketing team to produce their primary Marketing website, working alongside and helping the internal design team to mould their design output into a workable digital product.
- Designing the digital architecture of the awareness campaign Check12, designed to share and spread awareness around testicular cancer. Created an online presence and backend CMS to allow Check12 to collect, share and generate engagement across social platforms. Through celebrity and influencer endorsements the platform reached millions globally, and the campaign was picked up by Channel 4 who ran a follow-up campaign.
- Supporting clients during the Pandemic to identify innovative event platforms, working with clients such as DHL, IFTRIP, POOLRE, Temple Music. Established alternative online solutions for major in person events, enabling them to continue engaging their audiences, whilst bringing people together.
Freelance, New York
(2010 - 2012)
- Taking the opportunity to move to New York, set up a freelancer, establishing new business, including working with digital agency Beyond (clients included Google & Food Network) and a number of smaller businesses, including the AANT (American Associates of the National Theatre).
- Consulted for Premm Design, continuing to lead on their digital accounts on a freelance basis.

- Client lead, responsible for all digital design, from brief to production, liaising with clients to deliver on their key objectives.
- Clients included; BBC Proms, BBC Symphony Orchestra, BBC Monitoring, BT, Barbican, Temple Church, Temple Music, and General Mills.
- Personal highlight included designing and building the first website for
BBC Monitoring (part of the BBC World Service Group in BBC News), working with the BBC team to integrate the site into the BBC online ecosystem.

- Responsible for branding, corporate literature, and digital design for a range of clients, including; fashion brands Puma and TD Tom Davies.
